Toy and Food Donations
Can you believe this year is almost over? We are once again approaching the Holiday Season and Bayberry Place Townhomes is currently accepting Toy and Canned Food Donations at the Leasing Office. Last year YOU helped to provide a medium size box of toys and food to 25 families. Once again our community is teaming up with our Sister Property Catalina Club in Pataskala Ohio. Donations will be accepted through December 1st, 2011. This year all items will be distributed by Project Help – a local organization that helps to provide families within our community some Holiday Cheer!
A Little About Project Help:
Toys that you donate are distributed to families in need the 1st week in December
Toys are not Sold
Families are given the opportunity to choose the toys for their Children
The distribution actually occurs near our neighborhood
Families seeking help must be referred
With your help we will have another successful Toy & Food Drive! Please feel free to contact the leasing office with any additional questions.
Costume Parade
Bayberry Place Townhomes will host an annual costume parade on Thursday October 27th at 5pm!
Last year we had 100 children participate in our parade and look forward to another enjoyable year!
Please help us to make this a fun event by handing out candy! Everyone is invited to participate in our parade. Adults, children and pets… come on out and have some fun!

Backwoods Festival
September 16-18, 2011
Nestled on a 60 acre wooded area in Northern Perry County, you will find one of Ohio’s finest arts and crafts festivals. Craft vendors from several states come to share their variety of items.
Encounter the aroma of open-fire and ketteled cooked foods throughout the festival. Taste roasted almonds and pecans, fresh pork crackeling as you stroll through the festival roadways. Take some time and you are sure to find something special. Pick fresh pumpkins and mums for your own decorating.
No matter what your age, you will be happy you came to enjoy the food, the music, the arts and crafts and the relaxed atmosphere.
